I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Midas team, especially Ron! Every time I come in, I’m greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Ron is always incredibly helpful, patient, and honest, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of properly. It’s rare to find a team that consistently provides such amazing customer service, but the Midas team does it every time. They make you feel welcomed, respected, and confident that your vehicle is in good hands. Mahalo, Ron, and the entire Midas team, for always being so amazing and kind. Your hard work and customer service truly make a difference. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in for an oil change and Ron gave me exceptional service. I arrived early and was taken right away. After a thorough inspection, Ron let me know about a part I needed. I had gone to a different shop prior and Ron was heads above. I plan on going back. Javin at the front desk was super helpful as well. Hard to find honest people and I appreciate their 5 star service.

Great and friendly service. Oil change and tire rotation were done quickly and cleanly. Had to have a tire checked out for some vibrations. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and provide some budget solutions while giving some recommendations. Best repair shop experience overall by far.

Oil change was quick and simple!! Sign up online for your appointment and requested time, they’ll follow up with a confirmation call. In and out within the hour and best rates across Hawaii! Waiting room has wifi if you choose to wait for your vehicle. They are upfront about prices as well which I appreciated.
